Most people feel very alone in their current struggles. I know this because just like you, I have been there as well. But you don't have to stay there and you don't have to walk that journey alone. Let me encourage you to take a leap of faith and allow someone to help you walk through this difficult time in your life. Someone to come alongside of you and help you find what you need to move forward.
Perhaps things seem okay on the outside, but you need some extra support to help you work out what's going wrong on the inside. I would love to be that person to either help you through this difficult time or just offer some direction and encouragement that would help you become who you were created to be. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, #IMF 53787, who specializes in individual, couples and family counseling.
I have been counseling people just like you for many years now. I believe that God has given me a gift that enables me to help others and I am very passionate about doing just that. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are willing to work hard to tap into the gifts they have been given and to help them through the difficult obstacles in their lives. Marriage issues can be particularly difficult at times. I have the experience and patience to help you both get through it.
Some of my experience has been with eating disorders and body image issues. I also have experience working with other difficult life issues such as anger management, anxiety and stress, grief and loss, self-esteem, depression, career issues, and marital difficulties. My own experience as a wife and a mother of two, in addition to my education and my ability to be compassionate, empathetic, and honest has allowed me to help others reach new potential in their lives.
I also have some specialized training and experience in helping women who struggle with postpartum depression. Postpartum struggles can be very difficult for you and others to understand, let alone to confront and conquer. If this describes you, I am here.
My hope is you will trust me to come alongside of you and help you through this time in your life. Contact me here.
Sincerely,
