Any parent who is being completely honest has felt this way at one time or another. One thing that sets a good parent apart from an ineffective one is the determination to "pull up your boot straps" and to press on. Another is to know when something is not working so that you can try something different. And to realize when your resources are running out and you need help.

Feel free to browse our website and learn a little more about us and what we do. When you're ready, please give either one of us a call. We don't have receptionists who answer our phones, we do. If we happen to be in session with a client or enjoying a little time with our own families, please know that we will get back to you as soon as we can… usually within 24 hours. That way you will have a chance to "interview" one of us on the phone before making an appointment. First and foremost, you need to get the kind of help that's right for you. Only then will you learn how to get things right and feel like an effective parent again.
One of the key questions we can help you to answer when you call is, "Is this an issue that can be resolved with some new parenting skills or does my child need help to work through this?". Either way, we have someone here who can help.
