Life can be difficult, not only that, it can feel very lonely and sometimes overwhelming. At times it can feel like we are brought to our knees because the weight of the world is on our shoulders and we don’t know how long we can hold it up. Or it can feel like we are in a pit, one that we feel like we can’t get out of, one that is lonely, cold, and almost unbearable. For some of us, people are depending on us and there is a fear of disappointing them. And sometimes, there is a feeling of shame within it all, we feel like we should be fine, we should be happy, we should be stronger, or we should know how to deal with this.

Romantic relationships can be difficult as well. Maybe you are a young couple looking to get married and you are hitting some roadblocks. Maybe you are a newly married couple that is having a tough time adjusting to marriage, maybe it doesn’t feel like the dream or experience you thought it would be. Or maybe you have been married for a while and are questioning your decision. Sometimes in relationships it's easy to think we made a mistake in our commitment to each other, maybe we don’t want to continue, or maybe we just don’t know if we can make it anymore.

I believe that we are not meant to go through these seasons alone. Whether you are an individual or a couple, I believe that we all need a safe place to talk about what we are going through without fear of shame or without it resulting in losing our close relationships. My desire is to walk with you and help you journey through your difficult seasons, to be in the pit with you, and to help you lift that weight that’s on your shoulders. My hope for you is that we can climb the hill together, and you can stand tall after it all.

I know how scary it can be to enter into this process, to look into the mirror and finally deal with what you have been feeling, or to fully admit what really happened in your life or relationship. But, you don’t have to do it alone, you don’t have to carry that weight by yourself anymore. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, a difficult season or transition, had traumatic events or situations in your life, or maybe you're a couple going through various difficulties in your relationship, please give me a call. I would be honored to walk with you through this valley.

You are not alone on your journey!

Please contact our office to set up a free 20-minute phone consultation prior to making your first appointment. I look forward to speaking with you soon. Contact me here.

Sincerely,
brett-sig
